It became known how housing prices changed in the regions of Türkiye in May 2023.
YEKEMLAK.AZ reports with reference to Endeksa that in May most of all apartments in the country were sold in Istanbul, Ankara and Antalya.
This year, housing prices in Türkiye increased by 116% in lira terms.
Currently, the average selling price per sq m of housing in Türkiye is 18,862 Turkish liras ($796), and the average price of the object is 2.5 million Turkish liras ($105,550), and the payback period for housing investments is 16 years.
Housing prices in Ankara grew by 131% this year, the average selling price per sq m was 14,829 liras ($630), and the average real estate price – 1.9 million liras ($80,250).
The annual increase in the cost of apartments in Antalya was 118%, the average price per sq m was 24,424 liras ($1,030), and the average cost of the object was 3.4 million liras ($143,600).
