Due to the earthquake, land plots and private residential buildings have risen in price.
People were alarmed by the fact that an earthquake of magnitude 5.5, registered a few days ago in the Caspian Sea, was felt in some areas.
Realtor Mulkedar Rustamov says this circumstance has seriously affected prices over the past week.
According to the realtor, residents of high-rise buildings, especially high-rise ones, have already put their apartments up for sale. This is because tremors are more noticeable in these apartments. Also, more homes were sold in certain areas where the tremors were more noticeable.
Rustamov pointed out that buyers are more interested in land plots or private residential buildings located in some parts of the capital.
The realtor also said that it is wrong from a security angle when people gather in front of residential buildings during an earthquake. Since there were no gathering places in some buildings, residents went to the private homes of their loved ones. And this once again indicates an increase in demand for this type of real estate.
