On June 16th, the Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF) will conduct three closed auctions for the lease of three real estate properties owned by “AG Bank” OJSC, currently undergoing the liquidation process, reports yekemlak.az according to abc.az news agency.
According to a report from ABC.AZ, ADIF, acting as the bank’s liquidator, has released pertinent details regarding the upcoming auctions.
The properties in question consist of non-residential areas measuring 200, 20, and 12 square meters, respectively, and are situated at 16 Babek Avenue, Khatai District, Baku City.
It is worth noting that the license of “AGBank” was revoked by the decision of the Management Board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan on May 12, 2020.
